PMI MetroBay is a full service real estate asset management company that provides professional property management and real estate brokerage services. We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties access to maintenance requests and billing. The key to our success is not only providing prompt, friendly and professional services to our property owners and their tenants, but also understanding that your property is an important investment in your future as well as ours. We not only strive to increase the value of your asset over time, but we also help you set the maximum rent possible so each month you grow in your investment.At PMI MetroBay, we make property management, manageable!

As a native of Pennsylvania, Barbara worked for 17 years in bank management as a Branch Manager and Assistant Vice President. In 1999, she relocated to the Orlando area and began her career in real estate, working with new home construction and vacation homes. Later she acquired a certification in real estate training and development, providing new agent classes and mentoring.
In January, 2009 she succeeded in obtaining her Broker’s License and worked as a Broker Associate for several real estate companies before forming her own small real estate brokerage. She has experience with long term rentals and has a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation as well as a CPREA (Certified Probate Real Estate Advisor).
As a bonus, Barbara has a license as a Notary Public in the State of Florida for the convenience of customers. With 25 years of various real estate experience, Barbara does whatever it takes to provide customers with exceptional customer service.

With a passion for Real Estate Alexis started her investment portfolio 12 years ago. She owns several rentals that she self-managed before deciding to make her passion a business. Spending 15 years in the corporate retail space Alexis learned putting customers first and being an active listener was important in understanding their needs. Communication was key and paying attention to details is what makes her a true professional.
She is devoted to helping others, enjoys teaching and is proud of her work ethic which she inherited from her mother. She is pursuing her American dream of building generational wealth through real estate and providing exceptional property management to her community and clients. Her love of guiding others will increase her success in mentoring prospective investors through the journey of home ownership and property management. With a Business Degree from FSU, her fundamental management skills, ability to network with others and project potential earnings will strengthen her ability to navigate a profitable deal. Through her experience she understands how challenging finding a great tenant can be and is here to help make property management manageable whether you are an owner or investor.
In her spare time Alexandra teaches Latin dances, including salsa and bachata. She enjoys a good book and the great outdoors. She’s a mother of two wonderful daughters and is involved in her local church and giving back to her community.

Anairis Decena Woo brings a strong sense of leadership, discipline, and operational excellence to her role as Operations Manager. A proud military veteran, Anairis exemplifies commitment and resilience, consistently driving results through strategic execution and a customer-first mindset.
With extensive experience in administrative and client-facing roles, Anairis has developed a deep understanding of property management operations. Her ability to streamline workflows, optimize processes, and support cross-functional teams ensures smooth day-to-day execution and elevated service delivery. She is highly proficient in property management platforms and leverages technology to improve efficiency and accountability.
As an immigrant who has relocated more than 15 times due to her military service, Anairis excels in adaptability, multitasking, and high-pressure problem-solving. Her strong communication and organizational skills foster trusted relationships with tenants, owners, and colleagues alike. In her new leadership role, Anairis remains focused on operational excellence, team development, and delivering the high standard of service our clients expect.

Originally from Puerto Rico and fluent in Spanish, Matthew Laguna brings a unique blend of experience, dedication, and attention to detail to his role as Field Coordinator at PMI MetroBay. He spent many years living in Hawaii before settling in Florida, and his background as a private investigator adds a sharp eye and investigative mindset to his work.
Matthew is responsible for conducting detailed property evaluations—including move-in, move-out, periodic, and intake inspections—ensuring every home is secure, well-maintained, and accurately documented. He manages lockbox systems, signage, and vacant property checks, all while upholding PMI’s commitment to asset preservation and top-tier service. Known for his reliability and professionalism, Matthew is passionate about helping owners and tenants feel informed and confident.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending quality time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

With more than 20 years of accounting experience across a variety of industries, Gladys brings extensive financial expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail to PMI MetroBay. She is highly skilled in bookkeeping, accounting processes, and administrative support, and is known for her reliability, integrity, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
As Bookkeeper for PMI MetroBay, Gladys manages accounts payable and receivable, oversees property-related financial transactions, and helps ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial operations. Her strong organizational skills and commitment to precision play an important role in supporting both property owners and the PMI MetroBay team.
Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth, Gladys is dedicated to helping organizations achieve their financial and operational goals through sound bookkeeping and financial management practices.
Outside of work, Gladys enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and creating meaningful experiences with loved ones. She values integrity, lifelong learning, and personal growth, bringing those same principles to both her professional and personal life.

Camilo brings a diverse background in Economics, Administration, Hospitality, and Tourism, combining technical expertise with a strong service-oriented approach. With hands-on experience in property management and maintenance coordination, he ensures smooth operations, effective vendor management, and seamless guest and resident experiences.
Beyond his professional skills, Camilo is an avid runner and speaks multiple languages, which enhances his ability to connect with clients, residents, and partners from diverse backgrounds. His commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and passion for service make him a valuable part of the PMI MetroBay team.

With a degree in Marketing from Universidad La Salle and certifications in Graphic Design, Leonardo combines creativity, organization, and a strong passion for helping people. Over the years, he has built experience in marketing, real estate, property management, and leasing coordination, developing a well-rounded skill set that allows him to support both the operational and customer-facing sides of the business.
As Leasing & Marketing Coordinator for PMI MetroBay, Leonardo works closely with prospective tenants throughout the leasing process while also helping ensure that each property receives the visibility it deserves. From managing leads and coordinating showings to creating marketing materials and maintaining property listings, he enjoys bringing together great customer service and effective marketing to create a positive experience for both residents and property owners.
Leonardo is known for being highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented. He enjoys finding ways to keep projects moving smoothly, staying on top of priorities, and giving his full effort to every task. He believes that consistency, communication, and a positive attitude make all the difference in delivering great results.
Outside of work, Leonardo enjoys watching movies and television series, following soccer, and spending quality time with family, friends, and loved ones. He values personal growth, meaningful relationships, and supporting those around him whenever he can. Whether at work or in his personal life, he strives to bring dedication, enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
